Create a Custom Report
DataTrak provides many standard, pre-defined reports that you can use to monitor various areas of your club. However, you can also customize your own DataTrak reports.
To create a custom report
- Point to the main Menu.
- In the Reports submenu, click Manage.
- On the Manage Reports page, click Create.
- On the Edit Report page, type a Name for the report.
- Select the Category.
- Select the Sub-Category.
- Select the columns to include in the report.
- Click Next.
The page COLUMN OPTIONS - Step 2 of 4 appears.
- In the Column Sorting section, select the order in which you want the columns to appear.
- Click Next.
The page VISIBILITY - Step 3 of 4 appears.
- Select the Clubs that are allowed to run the report.
- Select the security roles that are allowed to run the report.
- Select the users that are allowed to run the report.
- Click Next.
The page FILTER - Step 4 of 4 appears.
- To add a filter
- Click Add.
- On the Set Filter Values page, set filter criteria.
- Click OK.
- Click Finish.
The saved report will be added to the list of reports on the Manage Reports page.
